● ONLY 2 teams from each ASEAN Member States
● AI Startups < 7 years old (established after 21 Aug 2018)
● Startups established with a sole proprietorship or corporation
● Pre-startups (not yet registered as a business)
● Founders must be ASEAN or Korean nationals
