The inaugural ASEAN-India ScaleHub 2024 was held from 3-5 July 2024 in Bali, Indonesia. The three-day event which included keynote speeches, panel discussions, and roundtable discussions brought together key startup stakeholders from government, corporations, investors, and mentors, providing a comprehensive support network for scaling startups. The program was endorsed by the ASEAN Committee on Science, Technology, and Innovation (COSTI); supported by the Department of Science and Technology, India; and implemented by the ASEAN Economic Forum (AEF), National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia and IIT Kanpur, India.
The ASEAN-India ScaleHub 2024 in Bali was also launched as a pilot with plans to host annually for the next 3-5 years, aiming for future self-sustainability. This initiative is designed to help mature ASEAN and India startups scale effectively.
