The 15th Meeting of the ASEAN-India Working Group on Science, Technology, and Innovation (AIWGSTI-15), along with the 9th Meeting of the Governing Council of the ASEAN-India Science & Technology Development Fund (GC-AISTDF-9), was convened in a hybrid format in Bali on July 4, 2025.
These biennial meetings brought together representatives from ASEAN, through the ASEAN Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation (COSTI), and India, through the Department of Science and Technology (DST). Discussions centered on advancing strategic initiatives to strengthen collaboration and promote innovation across the region, with a focus on emerging areas such as robotics and automation, space technology, quantum technology, and high-performance computing (HPC).
