ASEAN Expert Group on Talent Mobility (EGTM) organized the 1st Workshop on Exploring Platform Synergy & Integration for ASEAN Online Platforms and Databases, on 6th March 2025, at Jakarta, Indonesia. Supported by the Enhanced Regional EU ASEAN Dialogue Instrument (E-READI), the workshop invited multiple platform operators to discuss and explore potential synergies between ASEAN online platforms and databases.
The discussion focused on identifying common challenges, aligning strategic goals, and developing integration approaches to enhance interconnectivity and sustainability. In summary, actionable steps were outlined with the aim of integrating all the existing online platforms that were managed by the Committee of Science, Technology and Innovation (COSTI) from different ASEAN Member States.
