The EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package – Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE) Academic Connectivity Grant supports the sustainable promotion of research, research management structures, teaching, and higher education, as well as strengthening the ties between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the European Union (EU) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
The Grant is open to HEIs from member states of ASEAN and the EU that will coordinate a cluster of four to six institutions and jointly design and implement cross-regional academic connectivity activities (such as—but not limited to—: researchers, academic staff, and PhD students’ mobility; curriculum revision; networking events; publications). Three focus areas have been defined: Green Transition, Digital Transformation, and Blue Economy.
